Hi, I’m Mandy Scow, and I’m so glad you found us!
As the owner of FIT for YOU and host of the Aligned Strength Podcast, I’ve made it my mission to help people stop “starting over” and finally find fitness that lasts.
Over the years, I’ve coached clients of all ages and abilities, from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes, and I’ve seen the transformation that happens when fitness fits your life instead of fighting against it.
I believe in aligning mind, body, and spirit so you can feel strong, confident, and capable in every area of life. Through creative programs, community events, and personalized coaching, I’ve built FIT for YOU to be more than a gym. It’s a place where you’ll feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to succeed.
