At FIT for YOU, our mission is to empower real people — men and women — to build sustainable strength by aligning the mind, body, and spirit. We offer personalized fitness, mindset tools, and guidance that help you feel strong, centered, and supported in a way that fits your real life. Whether you’re just starting or starting over, we’re here to help you reconnect with your power — inside and out.
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Mandy Scow
Fitness and year-round sports have been a part of my life since I was five years old and now, that lifelong passion has grown into something much bigger. Today, I get to teach fitness, coach others through personal training and support my boys in their own athletic journeys.
I created FIT for YOU as a space for real people to move, grow, and reconnect to themselves in mind, body, and spirit. No judgment. Just encouragement, energy, and a community that truly gets it.
My vision for you is to find your strongest and most grounded self. Not by changing who you are, but by coming back to YOU. I want you to leave every session feeling better than when you walked in. Feeling more energized, more empowered, and more aligned.

Owner and Lead Trainer; join Mandy in crushing your goals!
Certified Personal Trainer through NETA (National Exercise Training Association), Certified Group Fitness Instructor through NETA, Specialty trainings in Kettlebells, Yoga Sculpt and many group class workshops.
Our Personal/Small Group Training 1-3 individuals. These sessions are client focused, working your total body in 45 minutes. BMI and Body Fat % tracking per request. All PT sessions are $25 per person. Contact Mandy directly to schedule your PT session.
Cole Zimbauer
Bachelor's in Exercise Science
Cole is a recent graduate of Winona State University. He majored in Exercise Science which dives into physiology – the study of how the human body works. Cole's knowledge about the chemistry and physics of essential body functions and how the body's systems of organs, muscles, and ligaments work together benefits all our clients. Founder and Lead Instructor, Mandy Scow is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. Between all our instructors we each specialize in different classes which include specialty certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Foundations, Kettlebell, Pulse Point Barre and Zumba. We have continued education in workshops for HIIT & Tabata, Pound, Turbo Kick, Zumba Gold, Fusion, Piyo and Senior Classes.
